was pleasantly surprised with the quality of your dial-up service. I
subscribed for the HighStream for 12.95 a month. I was even more impressed
with your support staff. They helped me through the sign-up over the phone
and walked me through step by step setup. Your tech support person was
very professional and patient with me. She did a great job. The icing on
the cake was when I received a call next day from your customer service
person, following up to see if every thing was ok with my service and
wanted to know if the tech support handled...... Finally!
Some one who delivers as promised. I am extremely happy with your service.

doc. I want to let you folks know that I have used your service since
September of 2003. I never called your support department until last week.
I want you guys to know that your support agent Brian was probably one of
the most professional, friendly and knowledgeable I have dealt with in a
long time. He deserves a raise. By the way, my problem turned out to be
nothing to do with your service. My dog chewed out the phone cord and I
couldn't connect to the internet. Great service. You guys rock!

you folks at SpeedQwest rocks. You guys been great. I am really
happy with your service. I signed up in July 2006 for my SpeedQwest
Highstream. Man, it is faster than I thought. I used to have cable
internet and was paying way too much money. Since I lost my job in June I
had to cut cost. But if I had known about this type of dial-up service i
probably would have tried it and kept it. Any way, how do you make it go
so fast for a dial-up? To be honest with you, I didn't really believe your
website at first. But I was curious and glad now I tried it.

recently switched my internet from a major isp to SpeedQwest couple
of months ago. Man, was I surprised. I was looking for a low cost internet
provider on the search engine, google, when i found you guys. Never heard
of you before, but i also knew low cost providers can't really give you
the kind of service major isp's provide at $24.95 a month. But I was
pleasantly surprised to see that you are every bit as good and in some
areas even better. Although I don't normally use tech support, I am glad
you have toll-free tech support if I ever need it. Plus you don't charge
for your support. That's double great. One more thing - you should start a
referral program and give some incentive to referring customers. I have
your highstream service for $12.95 a month it is definitely a bargain and
every thing you say it is and more. It is amazingly fast. I have tried so
called fast service from my previous isp and it wasn't really any better.
You got a good thing going here. Keep up the good job.

am a SpeedQwest customer for more than a year. I wanted you to know
that I was a little unhappy about your support. I called last week to
sign-up an extra account for my daughter who is in college for her laptop.
I was put on hold for more than five (5) minutes and then it took another
10 minutes to get my signup completed. I think you should get your hold
time much better than this. Other than that I am very happy with
the service. If it wasn't for your good internet access and the price, I
probably wouldn't have signed up for SpeedQwest. Just wanted to let
you know that.

am writing to tell you how much I appreciate your help with setting up my
Internet. My computer was a mess and you guys went out of your way to
trouble shoot and get me on the right path. I love the service and will
recommend to others. I wish I could say the same for my ex-ISP. I am still
trying to get them to refund my money they have charged on my credit card
for the past two months, after I cancelled my service with them. You have
a great service. Please keep it up!

am writing to tell you all that you got a pretty darn good service. I
signed up last month after using one of your competitors for 6 months. My
wife uses the Internet most of the time and she was very unhappy. Man it
was too slow and every time we get on there all the popups and ads come
up. They said they had popup blocker.. but I didn't see where it was. We
saw you on google and decided to try it out. I am so glad that I signed up
for your high speed service. Now I am surfing a lot faster for a lot less.
No more popups either and my wife is off my back. Thankyou.

have tried a lot of those so called low priced ISP's and high priced ISP's
in the past several years. Those low priced ISP's provide the low prices
but then again you get what you pay for. When I first saw your ad, I
thought its just another small time guy trying to make it in the business.
But that $7.95 per month price gave me a second thought to try you out (I
was paying $9.95 at the time for a lousy service any way). So nothing to
loose. After I signed up, I needed to set up the e-mail account and made a
call to your support center. When I started to talk with those folks is
when I began to get a feeling of some thing different about this ISP.
After I started using the service, I became more impressive and got the
feeling that I was using one of those big boys. Of course, what topped the
cake was about 4 days later, I received a call from your customer service
to check and see if I was happy with the service and if I had any
questions they could answer. Now that really, really impressed me. Not
even the big boys have done that. Anyway, over all I am very pleased with
the access and your company. More importantly I am glad to see there are
great bargains still out there with out having to give up quality and
comfort. Way to go folks. Keep up the good work.
