Important information about password reset / retrieval:

To that end, no automatic password reset or retrievals are allowed for your Internet Access accounts through electronic communications over the internet. You may reset/change your Internet Login Password through your account management console. Point your browser to http://home.speedqwest.net and click on the "My Account" link to login.
To retrieve your Internet service password, (dial-up and broadband) you must call us in person and speak with our support personnel. You must be prepared to answer certain account information, including your secret pin code or phrase or specific information we have on file. Contact technical support team by phone toll-free 1-866-446-3545, 24 hours 7 days a week. Alternatively, email us and a support representative will contact you back by the phone number we have for you on file.
For MegaBoost service passwords, contact us at (404) 348-4355, Option # 4 during normal business hours or email 24X7. We are here to help you! We hope this has not caused you any inconvenience, but we value your safety and privacy.
